RCE has over 17 years of engineering planning and design
experience working in land development projects in the
all over Texas area. We offers expertise in planning and
design for public and private infrastructure for
Institutional, multifamily, and commercial subdivision
projects. We provides engineering services during all
phases of a project from feasibility through construction
administration.
We have designed several commercial, retail, multi-
family, office and residential projects all over Texas. We
have designed public and private roadways for new and
existing developments throughout the greater San
Antonio Area, Houston, Austin and Dallas. Many of these
developments have been with wide variety of drainage
systems. We have developed several hydrologic models
and detention ponds using HEC-HMS, Pond Pack and
Hydro flow Hydrographs. We are familiar with City and
FEMA CLOMR and LOMR process. We have assisted in
several aspects of design and preparation of construction
plans for varies drainage structures. We have hands on
experience on site planning and grading. Additionally, We
are experienced with the permitting requirements of the
Texas Department of Transportation, several cities and
metros in Texas like City of San Antonio, City of Austin,
City of Cedar Park, City of Round Rock, City of Leander,
City of Houston, City of Frisco, Town of Little Elm, The
Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, San Antonio
Water Systems and several Counties all over Texas.
