Like a lot of people, I have had nightmare experiences with other contractors. Prior to starting any work, I checked all of Luis Credentials, insurance, etc. Luis gave me a fair estimate, so decided to use him. he and his guys are very hard workers....they come early and stay late to get the job done. He even worked Saturdays. Our communication was excellent, he is very easy to deal with. As I made progress payments, he would text me updates on my bill. We had a couple change orders and he was very fair. The end result, the siding, paintwork, and all installs were done professionally, and I was very Happy. There was some painting that needed touch up, Luis sent his guy right back, the next day to finish. I will use Luis again...Good company...!

We thought about running a gas line for a range during the demo phase and he was quick to have at least 3 different contractors come through for pricing if he took up the section of subfloor needed. He ran into issues with base board matching, and yet found a suitable solution fairly smoothly without any real added stress. I will note that the job quote may be a day or 3 longer than what you might get back from other bids, but in all honesty it allowed us to see what was being done very thoroughly (a touch OCD... so for us, this turned into a very nice +), point our and understand things that we spotted, and in the end, be more satisfied with the completed work. I'd definitely recommend DT for any of your future remodeling needs.
