Excellent response time. Excellent workmanship. Mr. Ortiz and his guys were so professional and efficient. Our floors are beautiful and the pricing was great. Family that have come to visit really love how great the new floors look. I definitely will use Ortiz Flooring again when we decide to redo the 2nd floor of our home.

The team that came out did an AMAZING job on my floors. They came out and did a free estimate and had wonderful communication with me throughout the process. The downstairs of my home looks updated, fresh and is top notch quality. I will definitely be utilizing their services again in the near future.

The problem was he did a horrible job and the floors were a mess where the hardwood and carpeted areas met. He left me with areas that were “soft” and the floors made noises when you walked on them. You could actually see the slope where the floors were uneven!) I spoke with Marta and explained my situation and she assured me they could fix my floors and arranged to have her husband Belisario come out and take a look. He quickly assured me he could fix my floors and was very professional (he never once bad mouthed the other installer). He explained exactly what the job would entail and made me feel very comfortable hiring M&B flooring. The price quoted was reasonable as well. The job was scheduled and they showed up and did EXACTLY what Belisario and Marta promised! My floors look amazing. I only wish I’d hired M&B to begin with! I highly recommend them!!!
